摘要
目的探讨非诺贝特联合依折麦布治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症对代谢指标、血管内皮功能的影响「方法收集2型糖尿病合并高脂血症患者120例,随机分为试验组和对照组,每组60例。试验组给予非诺贝特联合依折麦布治疗.对照组仅给予依折麦布治疗,观察2组患者治疗后代谢指标及血管内皮功能变化结果试验组治疗总有效率高于对照组(93.33%vs.66.67%,P<0.05)。试验组治疗后血清总胆固醇(TC)、三酰甘油(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、空腹血糖(FPG)、餐后2 h血糖(2hPG)及血管内皮功能指标纤溶酶原激活物抑制因子-1(PAI-1)和内皮素-1(ET-1)均低于对照组(P<0.05),而高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)和一氧化氮(NO)均高于对照组(P<0.05)结论非诺贝特联合依折麦布治疗2型糖尿病合并高脂血症具有良好的疗效,可有效改善患者血脂、血糖等代谢指标和血管内皮功能,值得在临床上推广应用。
Objective To investigate the effects of fenofibrate combined with ezetimibe on metabolic indexes and vascular endothelial function in type 2 diabetes mellitus with hyperlipidemia.Methods A total of 120 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus complicated with hyperlipidemia were randomly divided into experimental group and control group(n=60 each).The experimental group was treated with fenofibrate combined with ezymeb,while the control group was treated with ezymel)alone.The metabolic indexes and vascular endothelial function of the two groups were observed after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(93.33%vs.66.67%,P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum total cholesterol(TC),triglycerides(TG),low-density lipoprotein cholesterol(LDL-C),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),2-hour postprandial blood glucose(2hPG),plasminogen activator inhibitor-1(PAI-1)and endothelin-1(ET-1)were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05),while high-density lipoprotein cholesterol(HDL-C)and nitric oxide(NO)were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Fenofibrate combined with ezetimibe has a good curative effect on type 2 diabetes mellitus coniplicated with hyperlipidemia.It can effectively improve the metabolic indexes such as blood lipid,blood glucose and endothelial function.It is worthy of clinical application.
