基于GIS和RS的信阳市可利用土地资源空间分布研究 被引量:2

摘要 随着我国城镇化进程的加快.土地资源不合理开发与利用已远远超出其承载力,土地供需矛盾紧张,严重制约着城市的发展.本文利用GIS和RS技术,对信阳市可利用土地资源的数量和空间分布规律及其影响因素进行研究.结果表明:1)信阳市可利用土地资源空间分布具有明显的地域差异.从可利用土地资源绝对数量来看,信阳市可利用土地资源的面积为1575.04 km^2,约占总国土面积的8.4%;从可利用土地资源相对量来看,信阳市人均可利用土地资源面积的平均值为0.0224 hm^2,资源丰度空间分布呈现由北向南递减的趋势.2)信阳市可利用土地资源空间格局的影响因素具有多样性.自然环境因素对可利用土地资源空间分布格局起决定性作用;经济因素是影响后备土地资源生产潜力的主要原因,进而影响可利用土地资源的空间分布格局;社会政策因素对区域可利用土地资源的空间分布格局具有可重构的影响. With the acceleration of urbanization process in China,the unreasonable development and utilization of land resources have far exceeded its carrying capacity,and the contradiction between land supply and demand is tight,which seriously restricts the development of cities.The quantity and spatial distribution of available land resources in Xinyang City and its influencing factors were studied by the use of GIS and RS.The results show that:1)the spatial distribution of available land resources in Xinyang has significant regional differences.From the absolute amount of available land resources,the total area of available land resources in Xinyang is 1575.04 square kilometers,accounting for 8.4%of the total land area.In terms of the relative amount of available land resources,the average per capita available land resource area in Xinyang is 0.0224 hectares,and the spatial distribution of resource abundance decreases from north to south.2)the influencing factors of spatial pattern of available land resources in Xinyang are diverse.The natural environment determines the distribution pattern of available land resources.Economic factors are the main factors that affect the productive potential of reserve land resources,and then affect the spatial distribution pattern of available land resources.Social policy factors can guide the spatial distribution of available land resources.
