摘要
通过Robot Studio环境中搭建虚拟码垛工作站,分析ABB工业机器人离线编程环境中Smart组件的应用、I/O信号的创建和连接、程序调试和仿真验证等知识点,提高对于离线编程的综合应用能力。
Through building virtual palletizing workstation in Robot Studio environment,this paper analyses the application of Smart components,the creation and connection of I/O signals,program debuggi ng and simulati on verificatio n in the off-line programmi ng en vironme nt of ABB in dustrial robots,so as to improve the comprehensive application ability of off-line programming.
