摘要
针对常规反井钻机液压系统存在结构复杂、布局分散的问题,设计了闭式液压系统,采用插装阀功能模块,实现压力、方向、顺序控制功能,具有集成化程度高、结构紧凑的优点。实际应用结果表明,该系统在能源利用率、可靠性等方面均有所提升。
Aiming at the complex structure,decentralized layout and high failure rate in anti-well drill hydraulic system,it applies the cartridge valve to design the hydraulic system,realizes many advantages of open system and closed system.The actual operation result shows that the energy efficiency and reliability are improved.
