摘要 基于汽车营销技能大赛,以销售顾问、市场专员、二手车评估师等核心岗位的职业能力需求为出发点,探索了汽车营销与服务类课程的教学设计和课程考核,阐述了在课程设计中融入竞赛机制的重要性,搭建了课赛融合的模式系统,研究了课赛融合教学设计的核心。实践表明,课赛融合有效提升了学生的综合素养和核心竞争力。 Based on the automotive marketing skills competition,it discusses the need for the professional ability of core positions such as sales consultant,marketing specialist and second-hand car appraisers,presents the teaching design and course in automotive technical service and marketing courses,describes the competition mechanism into the curriculum design,builds the mode system of the combination for curriculum and competition,and studies the combination for curriculum and competition.The practice shows that the combination for curriculum and competition can effectively enhances students'comprehensive quality and core competitiveness.
