摘要 目的对一种咽鼓管功能检查方法进行评估。方法以JK-05A型咽鼓管功能检查仪和声导抗仪对103例(206耳)门诊病人进行检查,并对两种检查结果进行kappa一致性系数检验。结果咽鼓管主动开放功能检查(音响法)与一种被动开放功能检查(声阻抗法或TTAG法)的组合,与经典声阻抗检查的结果最为接近,是一种较好且实用的组合检查方式。结论JK-05A型咽鼓管功能检查仪具有一定的临床应用价值。 Objective to evaluate a new examination method for assessing Eustachian tube function.MethodsOne hundred and three patients(206 ears)were examined with the JK-05A Eustachian tube function analyzer and a regu-lar acoustic impedance analyzer.The kappa consistency coefficient of results by the two devices was tested.Results A combination of active opening function examination(the sonotubometry method)with a passive opening function exami-nation(acoustic impedance or TTAG method)yielded results most comparable to those by the classical acoustic imped-ance testing,indicating an effective and practical combination examination method.Conclusion The JK-05A Eustachian tube function analyzer has certain value for clinical application.
