粉煤灰对污泥焚烧灰活性影响的研究

摘要 为了使城市污泥达到资源化利用的目的,以城市污泥和粉煤灰为原料,按粉煤灰的质量分别占样品总质量的0%、10%、20%、30%和40%进行混合、搅拌.自然风干之后,将其放在800℃下进行烧结,并对其快速冷却后的试样的物相、胶砂试块强度和显微结构进行了研究.经过研究发现,在一定程度的碾磨中没有粉煤灰的污泥焚烧灰不具有高活性.然而,随着粉煤灰掺量的增加,污泥焚烧灰的活性呈现先增加然后减少的趋势,并且可以确定粉煤灰的掺量为20%时,污泥焚烧灰的活性达到最佳,即其力学性能最优. In order to achieve the purpose of resource utilization of municipal sludge,this paper takes municipal sludge and fly ash as raw materials,and mixes them according to the quality of fly ash,which accounts for 0%,10%,20%,30% and 40% of the total mass of the sample,respectively.After natural air drying,the samples were sintered at 800 degree C.The phase,strength and microstructure of the rapidly cooled samples were studied.It is found that sludge incineration ash without fly ash is not highly active in a certain degree of grinding.However,with the increase of fly ash content,the activity of sludge incineration ash increases first and then decreases.It can be determined that when the fly ash content is 20%,the activity of sludge incineration ash reaches the best,that is,its mechanical properties are the best.
