稻壳对废水中铬的去除效果研究

摘要 利用稻壳作为吸附剂,进行稻壳对废水中Cr(VI)吸附效果的实验究,通过对稻壳的粒度、溶液的pH、吸附时间、温度及稻壳用量等因素对铬吸附去除率的影响,确定了稻壳对废水中铬的吸附去除的最优条件为:温度为35℃,pH值=2,稻壳的粒径为80-100目,吸附振荡时间控制在3h,投加量(稻壳和铬的质量比)为30g/0.2g.在这个条件下,稻壳对废水中的铬的去除率能达到91%左右. Rice husk was used as adsorbent to study the adsorption effect of rice husk on chromium(VI)in wastewater.The optimum conditions for chromium removal from wastewater by rice husk were determined as follows:temperature 35 C,pH=2,through the effects of rice husk size,solution pH,adsorption time,temperature and the amount of rice husk on the adsorption removal rate of chromium.The particle size of rice husk was 80-100 mesh,the adsorption oscillation time was controlled at 3 h,and the dosage(mass ratio of rice husk to chromium)was 30 g/0.2 G.Under these conditions,the removal rate of chromium from wastewater by rice husk can reach about 91%.
