脊髓损伤后神经修复研究进展 被引量:4

摘要 脊髓损伤后具有有限的自我修复能力,其中神经修复为主要修复过程,该过程是由多种细胞分子相互作用调节的结果。由于神经元的自我再生能力有限,脊髓损伤后神经的自我修复有限。目前有多种治疗方法应用于脊髓损伤后的神经修复,包括神经保护及神经再生治疗等,但其疗效不尽如人意。该文对脊髓损伤后神经自我修复过程及相关治疗的研究进展作一综述。
