芪明颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗早期慢性肾脏病的临床疗效及对微炎性反应状态的影响

Clinical Efficacy of Qiming Granules Combined with Bailing Capsules in Early Chronic Kidney Diseases and Its Effects on Microinflammatory State

目的:探究芪明颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗早期慢性肾脏病(CKD)的临床疗效及对微炎性反应状态的影响。方法:选取2016年1月至2018年12月东南大学附属中大医院溧水分院收治的早期CKD患者100例作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法随机分为对照组和观察组,每组50例。2组患者入院后均予以控制血压,纠正电解质紊乱,维持酸碱平衡等常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用芪明颗粒和百令胶囊。治疗后统计2组患者临床疗效;比较2组患者治疗前后肾功能、炎性反应因子、血脂、胱抑素-C(Cys-C)和2-微球蛋白(2-MG)水平。结果:治疗后观察组临床总有效率为84.00%,显著高于对照组的66.00%(P<0.05);2组患者血尿素氮(BUN),尿白蛋白排泄率(UAE),血肌酐(SCr)、三酰甘油(TG),总胆固醇(TC),低密度脂蛋白-C(LDL-C)、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP),肿瘤坏死因子-(TNF-),白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、Cys-C、2-MG水平均降低,且观察组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:在常规治疗基础上,芪明颗粒联合百令胶囊治疗早期CKD,能够有效调节血脂水平,抑制微炎性反应,改善患者肾功能。

Objective:To explore clinical efficacy of Qiming Granules combined with Bailing Capsules in early chronic kidney diseases(CKD)and its effects on microinflammatory state.Methods:A total of 100 patients with early CKD admitted in the Lishui Hospital,Zhongda Hospital Affiliated to Southeast University from January 2016 to December 2018 were selected as research objects,and they were randomly divided into control group and observation group,with 50 patients in each group.After the admission,both groups of patients were given routine treatment such as blood pressure control,electrolyte disturbance correction and acid-base balance maintenance.The observation group was additionally given Qiming Granules and Bailing Capsules.After the treatment,the clinical efficacy of the 2 groups was analyzed.Levels of renal function,inflammatory factors,blood lipid,cystatin-C(Cys-C)andβ2-microglobulin(β2-MG)were compared between the 2 groups before and after the treatment.Results:After the treatment,the total clinical effective rate of the observation group was 84.00%,which was significantly higher than that of the control group(66.00%,P<0.05).The levels of blood urea nitrogen(BUN),urinary albumin excretion rate(UAE),serum creatinine(SCr),triglyceride(TG),total cholesterol(TC),low density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C),high sensitivity C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),Cys-C,andβ2-MG in the 2 groups were all decreased,and the above indicators in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:On the basis of the routine treatment,Qiming Granules combined with Bailing Capsules in the treatment of early CKD can effectively regulate blood lipid level,inhibit microinflammatory reaction and improve renal function of patients.
