207张国家级名老中医淋证处方用药规律探析

Analysis on the rules of medication of 207 Chinese herbal formulas for stranguria treated by the veteran Chinese medicine experts in China

目的基于数据挖掘方法分析“名老中医经验传承国家服务平台”中收录的所有治疗淋证的处方用药规律,包括高频药物、药对、关联规则等,以期为临床遣方用药提供参考。方法搜集整理截至2018年11月1日“名老中医经验传承国家服务平台”中国家级名老中医治疗淋证的处方,建立数据库,采用数据挖掘技术中的Apriori算法进行统计分析,对治疗淋证组方规律进行挖掘。结果对筛选出的207张治疗淋证的处方进行分析,共涉及中药272味,显示使用频次>20次的药有40味,使用频次>20次的药对共有28对,置信度≥60%常用药物组合9个,应用提升度对常用药物组合的关联规则做出了网络化视图。结论通过数据分析在一定程度上揭示了207张名老中医治疗淋证处方的用药规律,高频药物的配伍体现了治疗淋证多采用清热利湿通淋,有助于提高淋证的中医治疗疗效。

Objective To analyze the rules of medication in the Chinese herbal formulas for stranguria collected from the“national service platform for the experience inheritance of veteran Chinese medicine experts”on the base of data mining method,including herbs of high-frequent use,paired herbs and association rules,so as to provide the references for clinical application of herbal formulas.Methods The Chinese herbal formulas for stranguria were collected from the“national service platform for the experience inheritance of veteran Chinese medicine experts”till November 1,2018.The database was established.Using Apriori algorithm,the data were analyzed statistically.The rules of herbal compositions in the formulas were explored.Results A total of 207 formulas for stranguria were screened,including 272 kinds of herbs.The use frequency was>40 times for 40 herbs and it was>20 for 28 paired herbs.The confidence coefficient was≥60%for 9 common herbal compositions.The networking view was constructed for the association rule of common herb composition.Conclusion The data mining reveals the medication rules among 207 Chinese herbal formulas for stranguria of veteran Chinese medicine experts.The herbal compositions with high frequency imply that the herbal medications for clearing heat,removing damp and promoting urination are used,contributing to the improvement of the therapeutic effect on stranguria in TCM.
