温清饮治疗血虚湿热型痤疮的临床观察

Clinical observation on acne with blood deficiency and damp-heat type treated with Wenqing Decoction

目的观察温清饮治疗女性血虚湿热型痤疮,并对临床疗效进行分析。方法选取2018年1月至2019年2月期间门诊治疗的86例女性血虚湿热型痤疮患者为对象,按抽签随机方法分为两组,各43例,其中对照组予以常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服温清饮。以4周为1个疗程,1个疗效结束后观察两组疗效,对比两组治疗前后血清促卵泡刺激素(FSH)、孕激素(P)、促黄体生成素(LH)、雌二醇(E 2)、睾酮(T)变化情况,并观察两组治疗期间不良反应发生情况。结果治疗组总有效率为93.02%,明显高于对照组的74.42%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组治疗后LH、E 2显著高于治疗前(P<0.05),T显著低于治疗前(P<0.05),FSH、P与治疗前比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后LH、E 2显著高于对照组(P<0.05),T显著低于对照组(P<0.05),FSH、P与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。对照组治疗期间2例(4.65%)患者面部出现过敏反应,治疗组未出现明显不良反应,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗组随访期间复发率为2.33%,对照组为18.60%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论温清饮治疗女性血虚湿热型痤疮临床疗效确切,能调节血清性激素,安全性高。

Objective To observe the effect of wenqing decoction on acne of blood deficiency and damp heat pattern in females and analyze its clinical value.Methods From January 2018 through to February 2019,86 female outpatients with acne of blood deficiency and damp heat pattern were collected as the subjects.According to the random number table,two groups were divided,43 cases in each one.In the control group,the routine Western medicine was provided.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,wenqing decoction was added.The treatment for 4 weeks was as one course.At the end of one treatment course,the therapeutic effect was observed in the two groups and the changes were compared before and after treatment in serum follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH)and progesterone(P),luteinizing hormone(LH),estradiol(E 2),testosterone(T)in the two groups.The adverse reactions were observed during treatment in the two groups.Results The total effective rate was 93.02%in the treatment group,obviously higher than 74.42%in the control group,indicating the statistical significance(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and E 2 were higher significantly as compared with those before treatment in the two groups(P<0.05)and T was lower significantly than that before treatment(P<0.05).The differences in FSH and P were not significant statistically before and after treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of LH and E 2 in the treatment group were higher significantly than the control group(P<0.05)and T was lower significantly than the control group(P<0.05).The differences in FSH and P were not significant statistically in comparison between the treatment group and the control group(P>0.05).During treatment,2 cases(4.65%)presented allergic reaction on the face in the control group and the obvious adverse reaction was not found in the treatment,without statistical significance between the two groups(P>0.05).In follow-up,the recurrence rate was 2.33%in the treatment group and it was 18.60%in the control group,indicating the significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Wenqing decoction achieves the definite clinical effect on acne of blood deficiency and damp heat pattern in female patients.It regulates serum sexual hormones and is high in treatment safety.
