地黄饮子联合艾司唑仑治疗肾阴阳两虚型老年失眠症患者的临床疗效观察

Clinical effect on senile insomnia of kidney yin and yang deficiency treated with dihuangyinzi and estazolam

目的探讨地黄饮子联合艾司唑仑对肾阴阳两虚型老年失眠症患者的临床疗效。方法将2017年6月至2018年10月期间收治的肾阴阳两虚型老年失眠症患者100例,按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组50例。对照组患者给予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗基础上给地黄饮子治疗,两组均连续服用4周。观察两组患者的临床疗效,中医证候积分,血清中血常规肝肾功能及不良反应发生率。结果经过治疗后治疗组患者显效率62%明显高于对照组44%(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后中医证候积分降低明显(P<0.05),治疗组中医证候积分(8.80±2.00)分显著低于对照组(15.73±1.26)分(P<0.05);治疗组患者不良反应发生率2%显著低于对照组20%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前后血常规及肝肾功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论地黄饮子联合艾司唑仑治疗肾阴阳两虚型老年性失眠的疗效优于单纯口服艾司唑仑片,不良反应发生率较低,是一种针对性强且安全有效的中药治疗方法,有助于指导失眠的临床治疗。

Objective To explore the clinical effect on senile insomnia of kidney yin and yang deficiency treated with dihuangyinzi and estazolam.Methods From June 2017 through to October 2018,100 cases of senile insomnia of kidney yin and yang deficiency were collected.According to the random number table,they were divided into a control group and a treatment group,50 cases in each one.In the control group,estazolam tablets were prescribed.In the treatment group,on the base of the treatment as the control group,dihuangyinzi was added.The medication lasted for 4 weeks for oral administration in the two groups.The clinical effect,TCM symptom score,blood routine,liver and kidney functions and the incidence of adverse reaction were observed in the two groups.Results After treatment,the remarkably effective rate was 62%in the treatment group,obviously higher than 44%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,TCM symptom score was reduced obviously in the treatment group(P<0.05).The score(8.80±2.00)in the treatment group was lower significantly than(15.73±1.26)in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reaction was 2%in the treatment group,lower significantly than 20%in the control group(P<0.05).Before and after treatment,the differences were not significant in blood routine and liver and kidney functions in the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combined medication of dihuangyinzi and estazolam achieves the superior effect on senile insomnia of kidney yin and yang deficiency as compared with simple oral administration of estazolam tablets.Such combined medication is low in the incidence of adverse reaction.It is safe and effective Chinese herbal medicine and conductive to the guidance of clinical treatment of insomnia.
