股价崩盘风险影响因素研究综述

摘要 在当前国内外形势复杂严峻和防范化解金融风险的背景下,股价暴跌引起投资者和监管者的广泛关注,是当前学者研究的一个热点话题,通过系统梳了理股价崩盘的成因、内在机理,重点对股价崩盘影响因素进行了整合,分析了当前研究现状并且对未来股价崩盘风险的研究视角进行展望,譬如从其他利益相关者层面进行剖析股价崩盘的成因与经济后果,有助于丰富和拓展现有对股价崩盘风险的认知,对于构建平稳有序发展的资本市场有一定的参考价值.
