卡前列素氨丁三醇、缩宫素配合葡萄糖酸钙在高龄剖宫产产妇中应用对产后出血预防价值

The Value of Carprostol Tromethamine,Oxytocin Combined with Calcium Gluconate in the Prevention of Postpartum Hemorrhage in Elderly Patients with Cesarean Section

目的探讨卡前列素氨丁三醇、缩宫素配合葡萄糖酸钙在高龄剖宫产产妇中应用对产后出血预防价值。方法方便选取2016年11月—2018年12月该院收治行剖宫产高龄产妇40例进行研究,用随机分组表分为干预组(卡前列素氨丁三醇、缩宫素联合葡萄糖酸钙预防产后出血,20例)和常规组(卡前列素氨丁三醇+缩宫素治疗,20例),比较两组患者产后2 h、24 h出血量及相关药物不良反应、产后出血发生率。结果干预组患者产后2 h、产后24 h出血量(223.5±35.5)mL、(342.6±46.5)mL显著低于常规组(t=9.428 7、7.920 0,P<0.05)。干预组患者产后出血发生率显著低于常规组[0.00%vs.25.00%,(χ^2=5.714 3,P<0.05)];干预组和常规组患者相关药物不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卡前列素氨丁三醇、缩宫素配合葡萄糖酸钙在高龄剖宫产产妇中应用,能减少患者产后出血量,降低产后出血发生风险。

Objective To investigate the value of carprostol tromethamine, oxytocin combined with calcium gluconate in the prevention of postpartum hemorrhage in elderly cesarean section. Methods From November 2016 to December 2018, 40 patients with cesarean section in our hospital were convenient enrolled in the study. These patients were randomly divided into intervention group (caloricin tromethamine, oxytocin combined with calcium gluconate prevention postpartum hemorrhage, 20 cases) and the conventional group (carboprostol tromethamine + oxytocin treatment, 20 cases), compared the two groups of patients 2h, 24h postpartum hemorrhage and related drug adverse reactions, postpartum hemorrhage. Results In the intervention group, the amount of bleeding (223.5±35.5) mL and (342.6±46.5) mL at 2 hours postpartum and 24 hours postpartum was significantly lower than that in the conventional group (t=9.428 7, 7.920 0, P<0.05). The incidence of postpartum hemorrhage in the intervention group was significantly lower than that in the conventional group [0.00% vs. 25.00%(χ^2=5.7143, P<0.05)];there was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse drug reactions between the intervention group and the conventional group (P>0.05). Conclusion The combination of prostaglandin tromethamine, oxytocin and calcium gluconate in elderly cesarean section can reduce the amount of postpartum hemorrhage and reduce the risk of postpartum hemorrhage.
