精细化护理干预措施对中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后患者的影响

Effect of Refined Nursing Intervention on the Treatment of Patients with Hemorrhoids after Fumigation and Washing with Traditional Chinese Medicine

目的思考精细化护理干预措施对于中药熏洗治疗痔疮术后患者的临床影响。方法方便收集2016年1月—2018年12月在该院接受中药熏洗治疗的120例痔疮术后患者纳入该次研究,其中2016年1月—2017年12月收治的痔疮术后患者作为对照组60例,实施常规护理措施,将2018年1—12月收治的60例痔疮术后患者作为观察组,给予精细化护理干预措施,观察2种护理措施对患者造成的临床影响。结果对于研究选择的实施中药熏洗治疗的痔疮术后患者采用不同的护理措施进行护理,经过护理后,对比观察组患者治疗有效率96.67%与对照组治疗有效率81.67%,发现观察组患者护理措施更佳(χ^2=12.005,P<0.05);对比2组患者临床不适症状改善时间发现,相较于对照组患者而言,观察组患者改善时间更低,效果更优;对比观察观察组患者护理满意度为58例;对照组患者护理满意度为49例发现,对患者实施精细化护理干预措施效果更优(χ^2=11.345,P<0.05),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于痔疮术后实施中药熏洗的患者,在实施常规护理措施的基础上,增加实施精细化护理干预措施,在提升临床护理效果的基础上,对于护理人员服务质量的提升具有促进作用,促进患者术后的恢复,降低术后并发症的发生率,在临床上应当增强对其的使用以及推广。

Objective To consider the clinical impact of refined nursing interventions on patients with hemorrhoids after fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods A total of 120 patients with hemorrhoids who received Chinese medicine fumigation and washing in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018 were convenient enrolled in this study. The patients who underwent hemorrhoids from January 2016 to December 2017 served as the control group. 60 patients were treated with routine nursing measures. 60 patients with hemorrhoids admitted from January to December 2018 were treated as observation group, and refined nursing interventions were given to observe the clinical impact of the two nursing measures on patients. Results For the study of selected patients with hemorrhoids treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation and treatment, different nursing measures were used for nursing. After nursing, the effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 96.67% and the effective rate of the control group was 81.67%. The measures were better(χ^2=12.005,P<0.05);comparing the improvement time of clinical discomfort in the two groups, it was found that the observation group had better improvement time and better effect than the control group;the observation group patients of the satisfaction of nursing was 58 cases;the satisfaction of nursing patients in the control group was found in 49 cases, and the effect of refined nursing intervention on patients was better (χ^2=11.345,P<0.05), the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion For the patients who have traditional Chinese medicine fumigation after hemorrhoids surgery, on the basis of the implementation of routine nursing measures, the implementation of refined nursing intervention measures will promote the improvement of clinical nursing effect and promote the service quality of nursing staff. Postoperative recovery of patients reduces the incidence of postoperative complications, and its use and promotion should be enhanced clinically.
