手足口病患儿中不同口腔护理方法的效果分析

Analysis of the Effects of Different Oral Care Methods in Children with Hand,Foot and Mouth Disease

目的探究手足口病患儿中不同口腔护理方法的效果分析。方法方便选取手足口病口腔溃疡患儿80例,在该院于2018年1—12月进行治疗,观察组及对照组,两组各40例。取康复新液护理的是观察组,择西瓜霜喷剂加生理盐水溶液护理的是对照组。结束后对比两组口腔溃疡愈合时间及情况,且需对比口腔护理的临床效果。结果较于对照组(5.47±1.83)d,观察组愈合时间(3.75±1.09)d较短,因此对比差异有统计学意义(t=5.107 1,P<0.05);相较于对照组护理治疗总有效率75.00%,护理后观察组92.50%较优,对比差异有意义意义(χ^2=4.500 6,P<0.05);经经护理后,相较于对照组(1.54±0.86)d,观察组的疼痛缓解时间(1.37±0.78)d较优,但是两组对比差异无统计学意义(t=0.926,P>0.05);相较于对照组护理满意度31例(77.50%),护理后观察组38例(95.00%)较优,对比差异有统计学意义(χ^2=5.164 7,P<0.05)。结论针对手足口病口腔溃疡患儿,采用康复新液护理方法,可加快患儿康复速度,缓解临床症状,改善患儿生活质量,提升护理效果,具有临床应用价值。

Objective To investigate the effect of different oral care methods in children with hand, foot and mouth disease. Methods 80 children with hand-foot-mouth disease oral ulcers were convenient selected and treated in our hospital from January to December 2018. The observation group and the control group, 40 cases in each group. Taking the rehabilitation of new fluid care, as the observation group, the selection of watermelon cream spray plus physiological saline solution was implemented in the control group. At the end, the time and condition of oral ulcer healing in the two groups were compared, and the clinical effects of oral care were compared. Results Compared with the control group (5.47±1.83)d, the healing time of the observation group was shorter (3.75±1.09)d, so the difference was significant(t=5.107 1,P<0.05);compared with the total effective rate of the nursing treatment in the control group of 75.00%, 92.50% of the observation group after treatment, the difference was significant (χ^2=4.500 6,P<0.05);after nursing, compared with the control group (1.54±0.86)d, the pain relief time of the observation group (1.37±0.78) d was better, but the difference between the two groups was not significant(t=0.926,P>0.05);compared with 31 cases (77.50%) of the nursing satisfaction of the control group, after nursing, 38 patients (95.00%) in the observation group were better. The difference was significant(χ^2=5.164 7,P<0.05). Conclusion For children with oral ulcers with hand, foot and mouth, the rehabilitation of new fluids can speed up the recovery of children, alleviate clinical symptoms, improve the quality of life of children, improve the effect of nursing, and have clinical application value.
