护理干预对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后康复的影响

Effect of Nursing Intervention on Postoperative Rehabilitation of Chronic Sinusitis and Nasal Polyps

目的通过对慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻患者实施不同的护理干预,观察其临床效果,探究不同护理方案的临床特点。方法从来该院诊治的2018年1—12月慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉患者中随机抽取78例,采用随机数字法随机分为对照组39例:实施常规护理,观察组39例:实施常规护理+综合护理,比较两组患者的治疗效果和嗅觉功能恢复评分情况。结果观察组无效有2例,占5.28%,好转24例,占61.54%,痊愈有13例,占33.18%,总有效率为94.72%;对照组无效有15例,占38.46%,好转15例,占38.46%,痊愈有9例,占23.08%,总有效率为61.54%。观察组患者治疗总有效率高于对照组(χ^2=12.862,P<0.05);观察组手术前嗅觉功能评分为(2.33±1.21)分与对照组(2.56±1.02)分,差异无统计学意义(t=1.186,P>0.05),手术后4周为(4.53±0.62)分高于对照组(3.13±0.48)分(t=11.963,P<0.05),手术后12周为(6.85±0.84)分高于对照组(5.15±0.72)分(t=10.734,P<0.05)。结论综合护理可以有效提高慢性鼻窦炎鼻息肉鼻内镜术后患者的治疗总有效率,提高术后嗅觉功能恢复情况,提高患者的满意度和依从度提升明显,是一项值得临床广泛应用的护理方案。

Objective To observe the clinical effects of different nursing interventions in patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps, and to explore the clinical characteristics of different nursing programs. Methods A total of 78 patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps from January 2018 to December 2018 in our hospital were randomly selected and randomly divided into control group(n=39): routine nursing, 39 cases in the observation group: implementation routine nursing + comprehensive nursing, comparing the treatment effect and olfactory function recovery score of the two groups of patients. Results There were 2 cases in the observation group, accounting for 5.28%, 24 cases improved, accounting for 61.54%, 13 cases were cured, accounting for 33.18%, the total effective rate was 94.72%;15 cases were ineffective in the control group, accounting for 38.46%, 15 cases improved , accounting for 38.46%, 9 cases were cured, accounting for 23.08%, the total effective rate was 61.54%. The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group (χ^2=12.862, P<0.05). There was no statistical difference between the observation group's preoperative olfactory function score of (2.33±1.21)points and the control group (2.56±1.02)points(t=1.186, P>0.05), (4.53±0.62)points after 4 weeks of operation was higher than the control group (3.13±0.48)points (t=11.963, P<0.05), and (6.85±0.84)points higher than the control group at 12 weeks after surgery (5.15±0.72)points (t=10.734, P<0.05). Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can effectively improve the total effective rate of patients with chronic sinusitis and nasal polyps after endoscopic surgery, improve the recovery of postoperative olfactory function, improve patient satisfaction and improve compliance, and it is a nursing plan that worthy of clinical application.
