厌氧生物滤池处理腌制废水的试验研究

摘要 探究了采用阶段培养法对厌氧生物滤池的启动效果,考察了高盐条件下HRT、温度对厌氧生物滤池处理腌制废水效果的影响。结果表明:阶段培养法可以驯化出适合处理高盐废水的厌氧生物滤池工艺。HRT为36 h时,厌氧生物滤池对腌制废水的处理效果最好,COD去除率为81%,废水B/C为0.55,出水VFA为30 mmol/L。水温在20~25℃时,厌氧生物滤池的运行效果最好。 The start-up of anaerobic biofilter was explored by the stage culture method.At the same time,the influences of HRT and temperature on the treatment effect of pickling wastewater by the anaerobic biofilter under high salt conditions were discussed.The results showed that anaerobic biofilter process domesticated by the stage culture method could be suitable for treating high salt wastewater.Anaerobic biofilter had the optimal treatment effect on pickling wastewater when HRT was 36 hours,which the COD removal rate,wastewater B/C and effluent VFA were 81%,0.55 and 30 mmol/L,respectively.The anaerobic biofilter has the best operation effect under temperature of 20~25℃.
