摘要
PBL教学法已广泛运用于教学领域,本文探讨了PBL教学法在临床型研究生中医内科学教学中的应用,结果发现PBL教学提高了学生学习的积极性,培养了学生的临床思维,提高了学生的沟通交流水平,但也存在缺乏教材、师资力量不足、部分学生积极性不高、缺乏科学有效的评估体系等问题。PBL教学模式并非完美,我们只有不断地实践、改进,才能探索出更合适的教学改革模式。
PBL teaching method has been widely used in the field of teaching. This paper discusses the application of PBL teaching method in clinical postgraduates' teaching of internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine. The results showed that PBL teaching improves students' enthusiasm for learning, cultivates students' clinical thinking, and improves students' communication level, but there are also shortcomings such as lack of teaching materials, insufficient teachers, low enthusiasm of some students, and lack of evaluation system. Conclusion PBL teaching mode is not perfect. Only through continuous practice and improvement can we explore a more suitable teaching mode for teaching reform.
