中医专业中药饮片“辨识+炮制”综合实训教学模式探索

Exploration on the Comprehensive Practical Training of Chinese Herbal Medicine Prepared Drug in Pieces "Identification and Processing" for Traditional Chinese Medicine Specialty

临床中药学的特色主要在于“药性”与“药效”的辩证统一。中医学自古“医药不分家”,但现在“医不知药”情况普遍存在,中医专业学生对中药饮片的辨识能力薄弱,忽视炮制知识,对中药饮片炮制前后性状、药性、功效的差异掌握不够,影响处方用药效果。为提高中医专业学生对中药药性理论理解、应用及临证选用恰当中药炮制品能力,充分发挥中医用药特色与优势,保证用药安全性与有效性,增强学生动手与分析能力,在中医专业学生中适度开展具有“中医特色”的“辨识+炮制”综合实训课程,收效较佳。

The characteristics of clinical Chinese medicine mainly lie in the dialectical unity of"drug properties" and"drug effect". "Medicine and pharmacy does not separate"since ancient times in TCM, But now it is common that the "doctors don't know well about the medicine", TCM students get little ability to identify Chinese Herbal Medicine slices, ignoring Processing knowledge, knowing little about the differences before and after processing of traditional Chinese medicine in characters, properties and efficacy, thus influence the effect of the prescription. In order to improve the ability of understanding and applying the theory of medicinal properties, selecting and applying appropriate processed Chinese medicine in clinic of TCM students, giving full play to the characteristics and advantages of TCM, ensuring the safety and effectiveness of medicine, enhancing the students' ability, we developed moderate comprehensive practical training course of "identification and processing" with "TCM characteristics" in the TCM students, and got good teaching effect.
