针对中医学专业学生的药理学教学策略

Teaching Strategies of Pharmacology for Students of Chinese Medicine

现代中医高等教育是我国高等教育的重要组成部分,《本科医学教育标准—中医学专业(暂行)》对中医学专业学生在本科教育阶段应达到的西医方面的知识和能力目标做出了明确规定,药理学则是当前中医学专业学生必修的一门重要的西医专业基础课。这篇文章回顾了中医高等教育开设西医课程的历史沿革,指出了开设西医课程对中医学专业学习可能存在的潜在影响,并根据作者多年教学体会提出针对中医学专业学生的药理学教学策略。该教学策略围绕适应未来临床诊疗需求、提高自身综合素质、加强沟通协作能力和夯实学术科研基础四个方面解决学生“为什么学”的思想问题,同时也在教师“如何教”的问题上指出了需要侧重把握的几个方向,力图对新形势下提高药理学课程教学质量起到指导作用,对其他西医课程的教学也具有一定参考价值。

Higher education of modern Chinese medicine is an important part of higher education in China. Undergraduate medical education standard-Chinese medicine major (temporary) has made clear provisions on the knowledge and ability goal of Western medicine in the undergraduate education stage. Pharmacology is an important basic course of Western medicine for the Chinese medicine major. This paper reviews the historical evolution of Western medicine courses in Higher Education of Chinese medicine, points out the potential impact of opening western medicine courses on the study of traditional Chinese medicine, and puts forward the teaching strategy of pharmacology for the students of traditional Chinese medicine. This teaching strategy focuses on solving the problem of "why learning" and the direction of "how to teach". It has important guiding significance for improving the teaching effect of pharmacology course under the new situation, and also has certain reference value for other Western medicine courses.
