滋阴止咳汤治疗小儿慢性咳嗽临床观察

Clinical Observation on Ziyin Zhike Decoction in the Treatment of Chronic Cough in Children

目的探究滋阴止咳汤对小儿慢性咳嗽的作用与影响。方法在2015年1月—2016年1月共收治小儿慢性咳嗽患者120例,经患者及患者家属同意后,随机分成对照组和观察组,每组60例。对照组患儿给予愈美颗粒进行治疗,观察组患儿给予滋阴止咳汤进行治疗。比较2组患儿咳嗽症状积分及治疗的总有效率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为98.3%;对照组治疗总有效率为81.7%。观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前2组咳嗽症状积分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后,观察组白天咳嗽积分、夜间咳嗽积分明显低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论滋阴止咳汤能够提高患儿治疗有效率,值得被广泛推广使用。

Objective To explore the effect of Ziyin Zhike decoction on chronic cough in children. Methods From January 2015 to January 2016, our hospital received and treated 120 cases of children with chronic cough as the research object. After the consent of the patients and their families, the patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 60 cases in each group. The children in the control group were treated with Yumei granule, and the children in the observation group were treated with Ziyin Zhike decoction. The scores of cough symptoms and the total effective rate of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 98.3%. The effective rate in the control group was 81.6%. The treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There was no statistically significant difference in cough symptom scores between the two groups before treatment (P>0.05). After treatment, the scores of daytime cough and nighttime cough in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, and there had statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion Ziyin Zhike decoction can improve the therapeutic efficiency of children and is worthy of being widely used.
