针罐放血联合臭氧注射治疗急性腰扭伤83例

Needling Associated with Cupping Blood Letting Therapy Combined with Ozone Injection in the Treatment of Acute Lumbar Sprain for 83 Cases

目的观察针罐放血联合臭氧注射治疗急性腰扭伤的疗效。方法随机选取满足标准的83例急性腰扭伤患者,对这些使用了针罐放血联合臭氧注射疗法的患者进行回顾性分析总结。结果经过3次针罐放血治疗及1次臭氧注射后,83例患者中治愈65例,好转17例,未愈1例,总有效率为98%,治愈率78%。结论针罐放血联合臭氧注射治疗急性腰扭伤效果显著,无药物毒副作用,值得进一步研究。

Objective To observe the efficacy of needling associated with cupping blood letting therapy combined with ozone injection in the treatment of acute lumbar sprain. Methods Eighty-three patients with acute lumbar sprains who met the criteria were randomly selected. The patients who underwent needling associated with cupping blood letting therapy combined with ozone injection were retrospectively analyzed. Results After 3 times of needling associated with cupping blood letting therapy combined with ozone injection, 65 of the 83 patients were cured, 17 were improved, and 1 was unhealed. The total effective rate was 98% and the cure rate was 78%. Conclusion The effect of needling associated with cupping blood letting therapy combined with ozone injection on acute lumbar sprain is significant, and there are no drug side effects. It is worthy of further study.
