柴胡龙牡汤治疗晚期小细胞肺癌临床观察

Clinical Observation on Chaihu Longmu Decoction in Treating Advanced Non-small Cell Lung Cancer

目的探究柴胡龙牡汤对晚期小细胞肺癌疗效的影响。方法选取2016年3月—2018年11月接受治疗的晚期小细胞肺癌患者87例,依照治疗的方法不同,把全部患者分为治疗组、参考组,治疗组41例、参考组46例。参考组给予常规治疗,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上采用柴胡龙牡汤展开治疗,观察2组患者的疾病缓解率和不良反应发生率的变化情况。结果治疗组患者的疾病缓解率为97.6%,参考组为82.6%,治疗组显著高于参考组(P<0.05),治疗组患者的不良反应发生率为2.4%,参考组为19.6%,治疗组明显比参考组低(P<0.05)。结论柴胡龙牡汤对晚期小细胞肺癌疗效的影响显著,可以改善患者的疾病,提升疾病缓解率,降低不良反应的发生率,适合在临床上推行。

Objective to investigate the effect of Chaihu Longmu decoction on advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods 87 patients with advanced non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC) received treatment in our hospital from July 2017 to September 2018 were divided into treatment group of 41 cases and control group of 46 cases according to different treatment methods. The control group was given routine treatment, and the treatment group was treated with Chaihu Longmu decoction on the basis of routine treatment. The change of disease remission rate and adverse reaction rate of the two groups were analyzed. Results The remission rate of the patients in the treatment group was 97.6%. The incidence of adverse reactions in the treatment group was 2.4%, and that in the control group was 19.60%. It was significantly lower in the treatment group than in the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Chaihu Longmu decoction has a significant effect on the curative effect of advanced non-small cell lung cancer, which can improve the disease improvement, improve the remission rate and reduce the incidence of adverse reactions. It is suitable for clinical application.
