解忧汤溻渍治疗糖尿病足临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jieyou Decoction Soaking in the Treatment of Diabetic Foot

目的观察解忧汤溻渍治疗糖尿病足临床疗效。方法采用病例对照研究,按照2∶1设计,用随机数字表法分组,将99例患者随机分为2组,其中治疗组66例,对照组33例,剔除不符合方案的病例后,能够进行统计学处理的患者93例,其中,治疗组63例,对照组30例。治疗组采用“解忧汤”溻渍治疗,对照组使用50%艾利克聚维酮溶液,按1∶5稀释液3000 mL外洗治疗。以溃疡面愈合为疗效观察指标。结果治疗组的愈显率为69.84%,对照组的愈显率为33.33%,х^2=11.124,P≤0.01,2组间的疗效构成差异显著(U=569.5,P<0.01)。治疗过程中未见明显不良反应。结论具有清热解毒功效的解忧汤溻渍治疗对糖尿病足具有明显的愈合创面作用。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jieyou decoction soaking on diabetic foot. Methods A case-control study was conducted. According to the 2:1 design, 99 patients were randomly divided into two groups, with 66 in the treatment group and 33 in the control group. After eliminating the non-conforming cases, 93 patients were able to carry out statistical treatment. Among them, there were 63 in the treatment group and 30 in the control group. The healing of ulcer surface was taken as the therapeutic index. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was 69.84%, and that of the control group was 33.33% (х^2=11.124, P < 0.01). There was a significant difference between the two groups (U = 569.5, P < 0.01). There were no obvious adverse reactions during the treatment. Conclusion Jieyou decoction soaking with clearing heat and detoxifying effect has obvious wound healing effect on diabetic foot.
