红藤汤灌肠加腹部微波治疗慢性盆腔炎临床观察

Clinical Observation on Hongteng Decoction Enema and Abdominal Microwave in the Treatment of Chronic Pelvic Inflammation

目的探讨红藤汤加减灌肠治疗联合腹部微波治疗在慢性盆腔炎患者中的应用效果。方法选择2016年10月—2018年5月收治的慢性盆腔炎患者50例,使用随机数字表法将所有患者分为2组,各25例。对照组予以常规抗感染治疗,观察组采用红藤汤加减灌肠治疗联合腹部微波理疗,比较2组患者疼痛程度、临床症状变化情况、中性粒细胞分数、白细胞计数复常时间及临床治疗效果。结果与治疗前相比,2组VAS评分均降低,包块直径及盆腔积液深度均减小,且观察组变化幅度大于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组中性粒细胞分数及白细胞计数复常时间均短于对照组,同时治疗总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论慢性盆腔炎患者采用红藤汤加减灌肠治疗联合腹部微波治疗可缓解疼痛程度,缩小包块直径及盆腔积液深度,临床应用价值显著。

Objective To investigate the effect of Hongteng decoction enema combined with abdominal microwave in the treatment of chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods Fifty patients with chronic pelvic inflammation admitted to our hospital from October 2016 to May 2018 were selected. All patients were divided into two groups by random number table method, with 25 cases in each group. The control group was treated with routine anti-infection therapy, while the observation group was treated with Hongteng Decoction enema combined with abdominal microwave physiotherapy. The pain degree, clinical symptoms, neutrophil count, white blood cell count normalization time and clinical therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups. Results Compared with before treatment, the VAS scores of both groups were decreased, the diameter of mass and the depth of pelvic effusion were decreased, and the change range of observation group was larger than that of control group (P<0.05). The recovery time of neutrophil count and white blood cell count of observation group was shorter than that of control group, and the total effective rate of treatment was higher than that of control group (P<0.05). There was significant difference in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Hongteng decoction enema combined with abdominal microwave can alleviate pain, reduce the diameter of mass and the depth of pelvic effusion in patients with chronic pelvic inflammation, which has significant clinical value.
