辨证施护联合健康教育在多发性抽动症患儿中的应用研究

Research on the Application of Nursing Based on Syndrome Differentiation Combined with Healthy Education in Children with Multiple Tourette Syndrome

目的探讨辨证施护联合健康教育对多发性抽动症患儿的影响。方法选取多发性抽动症患儿80例,依据随机数字表法随机分为对照组和治疗组,各40例。对照组给予常规护理,治疗组在对照组的基础上应用辨证施护联合健康教育进行治疗,2组均治疗1个月。结果治疗组临床总有效率为92.50%,对照组临床总有效率为77.50%,治疗组的临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗组患者中医症状积分降低较对照组更为明显(P<0.05)。结论辨证施护联合健康教育可以改善多发性抽动症患儿临床症状和体征,对于多发性抽动症有较好的的治疗效果,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To explore the effect of nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with healthy education on patients with multiple Tourette syndrome. Methods 80 cases of children with Tourette syndrome admitted and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into the control group and the treatment group according to the random number table method, with 40 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the treatment group was treated with nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with healthy education on the basis of the control group. Both groups were treated for 1 month. Results The total clinical effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50%, and that of the control group was 77.50%. The clinical effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05). The TCM symptom score of patients in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The combination of nursing based on syndrome differentiation combined with healthy education can improve the clinical symptoms and signs, which has a better treatment effect, and is worthy of clinical application.
