中医临床护理路径对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及护理满意度影响的分析

Analysis on the Influence of Traditional Chinese Medicine Clinical Nursing Pathway on Quality of Life and Nursing Satisfaction of Postoperative Patients with Breast Cancer

目的分析中医临床护理路径对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及护理满意度影响价值。方法抽取2016年3月—2017年10月接收并诊治的乳腺癌术后患者88例,分为常规组和干预组,各44例。常规组进行常规护理,干预组应用中医临床护理路径进行护理。对比分析2组患者不用护理后生活质量及护理满意度的差异性。结果护理后,干预组患者健康、生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、活力、社会功能、情感职能、精神健康八个生活质量项目的评分值,明显高于常规组(P<0.05);护理后,干预组护理总满意度为95.45%(42/44),明显高于常规组68.18%(30/44)(P<0.05)。结论中医临床护理路径对乳腺癌术后患者生活质量及护理满意度影响价值显著,可推广应用。

Objective To analyze the impact of TCM clinical nursing pathway on quality of life and nursing satisfaction of postoperative patients with breast cancer. Methods A total of 88 postoperative patients with breast cancer received and treated in our hospital from March 2016 to October 2017 were enrolled. They were divided into routine group and intervention group, with 44 cases in each group. The routine group received routine nursing care, and the intervention group was treated with TCM clinical nursing pathways. Comparative analysis of the differences in quality of life and care satisfaction between the two groups of patients without care was carried out. Results After nursing, the scores of the eight health quality items, including general health, physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, vitality, social function, emotional function and mental health in the conventional group were significantly higher than those in the routine group (P<0.05). After nursing, the nursing satisfaction of the intervention group was 95.45%(42/44), which was significantly higher than 68.18%(30/44) of the conventional group (P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical nursing path of traditional Chinese medicine has significant value in the quality of life and nursing satisfaction of postoperative patients with breast cancer. It can be popularized and applied.
