招生和就业是高校工作中重要的组成部分,学生就业状况的好坏不仅影响着毕业生的个人前途,也影响着高校招生质量和未来的发展。应认真研究二者之间的关系,制定相应的措施,改善学生就业状况,提高招生质量,更好地满足市场化的就业需求,解决高校毕业生就业难问题,缓解就业压力,从而促进招生与就业的良性循环。

Enrollment and employment is an important part of college work.The employment status of students not only affects the personal prospects of graduates,but also affects the quality of college enrollment and future development.We should carefully study the relationship between them and formulate corresponding measures to improve the employment status of students,improve the quality of enrollment,better meet the market demand for employment,solve the employment problem of college graduates and alleviate the employment pressure.Based on this,this paper firstly sorts out and analyzes the relationship between employment status and enrollment quality in colleges and universities,and then ponders the measures to promote the virtuous cycle of enrollment and employment.
