Exploration and Practice of Talents Cultivation Pattern in Higher Vocational Colleges Based on Modern Apprenticeship System

目前,宠物行业急需高素质高技能型人才,调整职业教育人才培养模式是当前职业教育急需解决的关键课题。以辽宁农业职业技术学院宠物养护与驯导(宠物美容与护理)专业为例,从校企深度融合、引进行业专家和管理制度完善等方面阐述现代学徒制人才培养模式在宠物养护与驯导(宠物美容与护理)专业的探索与实践。

At present,the pet industry urgently needs high-quality and highly-skilled personnel.The adjustment of talents cultivation pattern in higher vocational colleges is a key issue urgently needed to be solved in current vocational education.This article takes the Pet Care and Training(Pet Grooming and Care)specialty of Liaoning Agricultural Technical College as an example,expounds the exploration and practice of modern apprenticeship personnel training mode from the aspects of the school-enterprise cooperation,the introduction of industry experts and the improvement of management system.
