The Experience of Professor Fu Jinying in the Treatment of Vaginal Bleeding During Pregnancy and Threatened Abortion

目的分析、总结傅金英教授治疗胎漏、胎动不安的经验。方法通过跟师学习,聆听教诲,分析医案,总结经验。结果傅金英教授认为胎漏、胎动不安中医病机以“肾气虚损、热扰胎元”为主,治疗上以“补肾健脾,清热安胎”为原则,并灵活随症加减。结论傅金英教授运用中医药治疗胎漏、胎动不安经验丰富,临床效果良好,值得推广。

Objective To analyze and introduce the experience of Professor Fu Jinying in the treatment of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy and threatened abortion with traditional Chinese medicine. Methods Through studying with Professor Fu Jinying, listening to her, and analyzing medical histories, the experience was summarized. Results Professor Fu Jinying considers that the main reason is the deficiency of kidney qi and thermal perturbation element, so tonifying kidney and strengthening spleen, clearing away heat and preventing abortion is the basic treatment, and achieved remarkable curative effect. Conclusion Professor Fu Jinying in the treatment of vaginal bleeding during pregnancy and threatened abortion with traditional Chinese medicine is effective, based on rich experience, and deserved to be generalized.
