中医辅助诊疗系统发展日新月异。随着众多临床指标的收集,数据库的建立,标准的制定,越来越多的辅助诊疗系统开始应用于临床。本文首先概述了中医辅助诊疗系统的定义及分类;其次,列举了中医辅助诊疗系统在现代临床中的应用,分析了现阶段的发展趋势以及存在的弊端;最后,总结了人工智能在中医辅助诊疗系统发展历程中的必要性,以及国内中医辅助诊疗系统的研究与应用进展。

The development of TCM-assisted diagnosis and treatment systems is changing with each passing day. With the collection of many clinical indicators, the establishment of databases, the development of standards, and more and more auxiliary medical treatment systems began to be applied to the clinic. This paper firstly outlines the definition and classification of TCM-assisted diagnosis and treatment system. Secondly, it enumerates the application of TCM-assisted diagnosis and treatment system in modern clinical practice, analyzes the current development trend and the existing drawbacks. Finally, it summarizes the artificial intelligence in TCM assistance. The necessity of the development of the diagnosis and treatment system, as well as the research and application progress of the domestic TCM-assisted diagnosis and treatment system was summazied.
