金天格胶囊治疗绝经后妇女骨质疏松症临床观察

Clinical Observation on Jintiange Capsules in the Treatment of Postmenopausal Osteoporosis

目的研究绝经后妇女骨质疏松症运用金天格胶囊治疗的价值。方法选择我院2015年6月—2018年1月收治的绝经后妇女骨质疏松症患者90例,按照治疗方式的不同分为3组,各30例。A组采取双膦酸盐类药物治疗,B组采取双膦酸盐类+金天格胶囊治疗,C组采取双膦酸盐类+仙灵骨葆胶囊治疗,对比3组治疗结果。结果治疗前3组腰背疼痛、腰膝酸软、下肢抽筋、步履艰难及持重困难积分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后3组的各项症状积分存在一定差异(P<0.05);A组不良反应发生率10.00%,B组发生率6.67%,C组发生率6.67%,3组不良反应发生率无显著性差异(P>0.05);治疗前3组的EQ-5D量表评分无显著性差异(P>0.05)。治疗后B组1个月、3个月、6个月的评分均高于A、C组(P<0.05)。结论金天格胶囊运用于绝经后妇女骨质疏松症中效果明显,可有效减轻相关症状,安全性高,避免不良反应产生,增强生命质量,为预后提供保障。

Objective To study the effect of Jintiange capsules in postmenopausal women with osteoporosis. Methods 90 postmenopausal women with osteoporosis treated from June 2015 to January 2018 were assigned to three groups, with 30 cases in each group. Group A took bisphosphonates. Group B took bisphosphonates and Jintiange capsules. Group C took bisphosphonates and Xianling Gubao capsule. The therapeutic effect was compared. Results Before treatment, the scores of lumbago and back pain, waist and knee soreness and weakness, lower limb spasm, trudge and carrying difficulties showed no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, the related symptom scores between the teo groups were significantly different (P<0.05). The adverse event rate in group A (10.00%), group B (6.67%) and group C (6.67%) was not significantly different (P<0.05). Before treatment, the EQ-5D (EuroQol-5D) scores showed no significant difference (P>0.05). After 1month, 3months and 6months of treatment, the EQ-5D scores in group B were higher than that in group A and group C (P<0.05). Conclusion Jintiange capsules can remarkably relieve the symptoms, increase the safety, avoid the adverse reactions, and improve the life quality and clinical prognosis.
