老龄化背景下城市社区卫生服务发展的对策研究

Study on the Development of Urban Community Health Services under the Background of Aging

进入21世纪,我国已进入老龄化社会,医学模式、疾病谱、死亡谱发生重大变化。人民群众医疗服务需求的日益多样化以及要求的提高与政府卫生资源的有限性的矛盾更加突出。城市社区卫生工作是推进卫生改革与发展的关键。本文从坚持社区卫生服务的公益性质,推进社区卫生服务机构多中心治理,构建城市社区卫生服务人才高地,创新社区卫生服务的发展模式四个方面,对城市社区卫生服务发展提出对策,以期能够找到老龄化背景下城市社区卫生发展的新路径。

In the 21st century, China has entered an aging society, and the medical model, disease spectrum and death spectrum have undergone significant changes. The contradiction between the increasing diversification of people's demand for medical services and the increasing demand and the limitation of government health resources is more prominent. Urban community health work is the key to promoting health reform and development. This paper puts forward countermeasures for the development of urban community health service from four aspects: insisting on the public welfare nature of community health service, promoting multi-center governance of community health service institutions, constructing the talent highland of urban community health service, and innovating the development mode of community health service, so as to find a new path for the development of urban community health under the background of aging.
