摘要
依托“以学生为中心”的理论,产教深度融合为抓手,构建工匠精神培育与专业技能训练相融合的“一线三训,螺旋递进”人才培养模式,学生通过不断积累知识和工作经验,达到提升职业综合能力和素质,激发创新潜力的目标。
Based on the “student-centered” theory and Production-Education Integration, “First-line and Three-training,Spiral Progressive way” in Engineering Professional Training Mode is constructed, which integrates craftsman spirit cultivation with electric power professional skill training. The comprehensive quality of students’ profession has been improved, and their innovative potential has been stimulated through continuous accumulation of knowledge and work experience.
