摘要
介绍了灰铸铁缸体渗漏缺陷位置及缺陷外观特征,对该缺陷进行电镜扫描分析,确定为晶间缩松。通过对缩松缺陷进行多方面的原因调查分析:包括孕育量、化学成分、浇注温度、铸件热节等,最终通过将铁液w(Cr)量降低并控制在0.30%以下,在对应局部热节区刷涂碲粉涂料等措施,使缸体因缩松缺陷导致的渗漏问题得以解决。
This thesis introduces the positions and physical features of gray cast iron cylinder leakage. After conducting an analysis of the defects with a scanning electron microscope, they have been found to be inter-crystal shrinkage porosity. The causes of the defects are investigated and some changes are made in the following aspects: inoculants addition, chemical composition, poring temperature and hot spots. Then by reducing and controlling the percentage of w(Cr)in molten iron to less than 0.3% and coating the possible hot spot area with tellurium powder, the leakage caused by shrinkage porosity in cylinders is eliminated.
