工程机械覆盖件间隙的控制方法探讨

Discussion on Control Method of Gap in Covering Parts of Construction Machinery

针对工程机械覆盖件间隙不均匀、不对称,间隙过大等问题,制定现水平的测量方法,从而确定初步确定间隙的标准值,在制造过程中按照此标准值进行控制,从而完善设计及工艺要求。实施结果表明,该方法满足工程机械覆盖件间隙的控制要求。

Aiming at the problems of uneven, asymmetric and excessive clearance of cover panels of construction machinery, the current level measurement method is formulated to determine the standard value of clearance initially, and to control according to the standard value in the manufacturing process, so as to improve the design and process requirements.The results show that the method meets the requirements of gap control of cover panels of construction machinery.
