Optimization of Initial Descaling System for High Pressure Water in Medium Thick Plate Mill

针对轧材厂高压除鳞箱一次除鳞能力不足的情况,在现有设备基础上,对除鳞箱集管的相关参数进行设计改造,增强一次除鳞效果,保证钢板的表面质量。

In view of the lack of initial descaling capacity of high pressure descaling-box in rolling mill, the relevant parameters of descaling-box’s headers are designed and modified on the basis of the existing equipments to enhance the initial descaling effects and ensure the surface quality of the steel plate.
