摘要
某企业一台移动式压力容器的安全阀弹簧在使用过程中发生断裂,采用断口分析,化学分析,金相分析,扫描电镜等方法对弹簧断裂原因进行了分析,结果表明:弹簧表面防锈涂层破损导致局部腐蚀坑,弹簧在长期交变应力下使腐蚀坑处形成微裂纹并逐渐扩大导致断裂。
The safety valve spring of a movable pressure vessel in an enterprise was broken in the course of using. The reasons for the breakage of the spring were analyzed by means of fracture analysis, chemical analysis, metallographic analysis and scanning electron microscopy. The results showed that the breakage of the rust-proof coating on the surface of the spring resulted in local corrosion pits, and the spring intersected for a long time. Under variable stress, micro-cracks are formed in the corrosion pit and gradually expand, leading to fracture.
