摘要
为促进推动符合型质量观向适应性质量观的转变,通过研究过程质量偏差和缺陷对产品可靠性的影响,研究提出了一种航天装备制造质量风险分析方法。该方法阐述了以产品性能退化为特征的制造质量风险内涵,剖析了制造质量风险形成机理,给出了制造质量风险分析途径,可为制造过程质量风险管控与效果评估提供支撑。
To promote the transformation from conformity quality concept to adaptability quality concept, a manufacturing quality risk analysis method for aerospace equipment is proposed by studying the effect of process quality deviations and defects on product reliability. This method expounds the connotation of manufacturing quality risk characterized by degradation of product performance. Furthermore, it analyses the formation mechanism of manufacturing quality risk, and gives the way of manufacturing quality risk analysis, which can provide support for quality risk control and effect evaluation in manufacturing process.
