摘要 航空发动机内部热部件损伤往往是造成发动机非指令拆换的重要因素,本文立足某大型航空公司,详细分析了孔探工作全流程,得到现有工作中流程的不足之处,并提出解决流程缺陷的方法。孔探流程得到一定程度的优化,使损伤形成完整闭环控制。本文研究成果对其他公司开展孔探工程管控具有借鉴意义。 Damage to internal thermal components of aero-engines is often an important factor causing non-command disassembly and replacement of engines. Based on a large-scale airline, this paper analyzes the whole process of borescope work in detail, obtains the deficiencies of the existing process, and proposes methods to solve the process defects. The drilling process has been optimized to a certain extent so that the damage forms a complete closed loop control. The research results of this paper have reference significance for other companies to carry out the control of drilling and exploration projects.
