乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎效果研究

Effect of Ulinastatin Combined with Somatostatin on Diabetes Mellitus Complicated with Acute Pancreatitis

目的探讨乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎的效果。方法选取该科2016年11月—2018年11月收治的糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎患者38例,随机分为两组,各19例,观察组采用乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗,对照组采用生长抑素治疗。结果观察组有效率为94.7%,显著高于对照组73.7%(P<0.05);观察组FPG、腹痛症状消失时间、平均住院时间显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论乌司他丁联合生长抑素治疗糖尿病合并急性胰腺炎效果显著,可有效改善患者症状,控制血糖,提高治愈率。

Objective To investigate the effect of ulinastatin combined with somatostatin on diabetic patients with acute pancreatitis. Methods A total of 38 patients with diabetes mellitus complicated with acute pancreatitis admitted to our department from November 2016 to November 2018 were randomly divided into two groups: 19 patients each. The observation group was treated with ulinastatin and somatostatin. The control group was treated with somatostatin treatment. Results The effective rate of the observation group was 94.7%, which was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.7%)(P<0.05). The time of disappearance of FPG, abdominal pain and average hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Ulinastatin combined with somatostatin is effective in the treatment of diabetes with acute pancreatitis, which can effectively improve the symptoms, control blood glucose and improve the cure rate.
