优质护理预防妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇并发症的临床效果分析

Clinical Effect Analysis of High Quality Nursing to Prevent Maternal Complications of Gestational Diabetes

目的探究优质护理预防妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇并发症的临床效果分析。方法将2017年10月—2018年10月来该院诊治的100例妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇作为研究对象,随机分为对照组50例和观察组50例,对照组孕妇给予常规护理,观察组孕妇给予优质护理。比较两组孕妇在护理之后并发症的发生率。结果观察组孕妇妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇护理之后并发症的发生率明显低于对照组,两组数据比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在妊娠期糖尿病孕产妇的治疗中运用优质护理,可降低孕产妇的并发症发生了率,临床治疗效果显著,临床上值得应用。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of high quality nursing in preventing maternal complications of gestational diabetes mellitus. Methods 100 pregnant women with gestational diabetes who were admitted to our hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 50 patients in the control group and 50 patients in the observation group. The pregnant women in the control group received routine nursing care. And the observation group was given quality care. The incidence of complications after nursing in both groups was compared. Results The incidence of complications after maternal nursing in pregnant women in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of quality nursing in the treatment of pregnant women with gestational diabetes can reduce the incidence of complications in pregnant women, and the clinical treatment effect is significant, which is worthy of clinical application.
