Influence of Strengthening Nursing Management on Control of Central Venous Catheter Infection

目的分析强化护理管理对控制中心静脉置管感染的影响。方法选择2014年1月—2017年12月该院接收的490例患者作为案例,留置中心静脉导管患者实验组及对照组各245人次,分别实施强化护理管理和常规管理,管理后对结果分析。结果在该次研究中对两组患者的管理总有效率进行分析,实验组和对照组的总有效率分别是91.8%和71.4%。通过强化护理管理实验组感染率为4.5%,对照组感染率为7.8%。实验组的感染几率低,对比差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于全院留置中心静脉导管的患者实施强化护理管理方式,整体效果明显,能控制重症监护室导管相关感染的发生,可行性高,值得实施应用。

Objective To analyze the influence of strengthening nursing management on the control of central venous catheter infection. Methods A total of 490 patients admitted to our hospital from January 2014 to December 2017 were selected. The 245 patients in the experimental group were treated with intensive nursing management, and the 245 patients in the control group were treated with routine management. The results were analyzed after management. Results In this study, the total effective rate of management for the two groups of patients was analyzed. The total effective rates of the experimental group and the control group were 91.8% and 71.4% respectively. After comparison, the effect of the experimental group was more obvious. The infection rate in the experimental group was 4.5%, which was lower than that in the control group(7.8%). And the difference was significant(P<0.05 ). Conclusion The implementation of strengthening nursing management for patients with central venous catheter indwelling in the hospital has obvious overall effect, which can control the occurrence of catheter-related infection in intensive care unit. It has high feasibility and is worthy of implementation and application.
