基层医院临床药师多角色转换工作模式有效促进合理用药管控

Multi-Role Transformation Work Mode of Clinical Pharmacists in Basic Hospitals to Promote Rational Drug Control

目的探讨基层医院临床药师多角色转换工作模式合理用药管控效果。方法基层医院临床药师通过管理者、服务者、监督者多角色转换的工作模式,干预临床用药。结果基层医院临床药师践行多角色转换工作模式,有效控制药占比、抗菌药物使用率等合理用药管控重点指标。结论临床药师多角色转换工作模式有效推进临床合理用药,可在基层医院试推广运用。

Objective To investigate the control effect of multi-role transformation of clinical pharmacists in basic hospital. Methods Clinical pharmacists in basic hospitals changed their roles through managers, service providers and supervisors, and intervened clinical medication. Results Clinical pharmacists in primary hospitals practiced multi-role transformation, effectively controlled the proportion of drugs, antimicrobial use rate and other key indicators of rational drug use. Conclusion The model of multi-role transformation of clinical pharmacists can effectively promote the rational use of clinical drugs and can be applied in basic hospitals.
