分层级护理管理在骨科风险防控及护理质量改进中的应用

Application of Hierarchical Nursing Management in Orthopaedic Risk Prevention and Control and Nursing Quality Improvement

目的观察分层级护理管理模式在骨科风险防控和提升护理质量中的应用效果。方法以该院2017年2月—2018年4月100例骨折手术患者为该次研究对象,根据抽签法将其分为观察组及对照组,各50例。对照组实施常规护理,观察组在对照组基础上,实施分层级护理管理,比较两组临床效果。结果观察组风险事件发生率为6.00%,对照组为20.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组风险防控意识评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论将分层级护理管理措施用于骨科风险防控中,效果十分显著,护理质量显著提升,具有临床应用及推广价值。

Objective To observe the application effect of stratified nursing management mode on prevention and control of orthopedic risks, and on the improvement of nursing quality. Methods A total of 100 patients with fracture surgery from February 2017 to April 2018 in our hospital were selected as the study subjects. According to the drawing method, they were divided into observation group and control group. The control group was given routine nursing, and the observation group was given stratified nursing management on the basis of the control group.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared. Results The incidence of risk events was 6.00% in the observation group, and 20.00% in the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). The risk prevention and control awareness score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group,the different was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion The effect of stratified nursing management measures, which are used in the prevention and control of orthopedic risks, is significant. It can significantly improve the quality of nursing, which has clinical application and promotion value.
