大数据环境下医院病案信息管理分析

Analysis of Hospital Medical Record Information Management in Large Data Environment

目的探讨大数据环境下医院病案信息管理的应用效果。方法选取医院病案室在2016年11月—2017年11月期间收录的1 200条病案信息,对其进行常规病案管理,作为对照组;另外选择该院病案室在2017年12月—2018年12月收录的1 200条病案信息,对其采用大数据背景下新型病案信息管理模式,作为研究组。比较两组的管理效果。结果研究组的未出现病案缺页缺项的现象,对照组出现的病案缺页缺项率为5.91%,两组对比(χ^2=73.461,P<0.05)。研究组的病案首页合格率为99.91%,显著高于对照组的合格率60.83%(χ^2=1 045.424,P<0.05)。结论在大数据环境下应用医院病案信息管理模式有利于避免常规管理的弊端,降低病案室病案缺页缺项发生率,提升病案管理质量,减少医疗纠纷,有积极的推广意义。

Objective To explore the application effect of hospital medical record information management in large data environment. Methods A total of 1 200 medical record information collected in the hospital medical record room from November 2016 to November 2017 were selected as the control group, and 1 200 medical record information collected in the hospital medical record room from December 2017 to December 2018 were selected as the research group. The management effects of the two groups were compared. Results There was no absence of medical records in the study group, and the missing page rate was 5.91% in the control group. There was significant difference between the two groups(χ^2=73.461,P<0.05). The qualified rate of the first page of medical records in the study group was 99.91%, which was significantly higher than that in the control group (60.83%,χ^2=1 045.424,P<0.05). Conclusion The application of hospital medical record information management model in large data environment is conducive to avoiding the drawbacks of routine management, reducing the incidence of missing pages of medical records, improving the quality of medical records management and reducing medical disputes. It has positive promotion significance.
