摘要
当前,移动互联网的发展迅猛,客户消费行为随之变化。OTT来袭,运营商被逐步管道化,加之各运营商套餐资费、网络服务、终端产品进一步同质化,通信市场相对饱和。各通信运营商需要调整营销策略,以精细化运营,促进企业健康发展。文章对此进行了分析。
At present,with the rapid development of mobile internet,customers’consumption behavior changes,OTT attacks,operators are gradually pipelined.In addition,the products and services of the operators are more homogeneous and the communication market is relatively saturated.By adjusting the marketing strategy,the operators can refine their operations and promote the healthy development of enterprises.
