从新闻学子职业认同看新闻教育改革——基于中部3省6校的实证分析

An Approach into Journalism Education Reform from the Perspective of Journalism Undergra-duates’Professional Identity——Based on the Survey to Six Universities in Three Provinces of Central China

摘要 以鄂、皖、赣中部3省6所高校的新闻传播类专业本科生为对象获取调研数据,对影响在校生职业认同的因素进行回归分析。研究发现,新闻学子职业认同总体偏低,性别、年级、录取志愿、家庭影响、学校类型等人口变量对新闻学子的职业认同产生显著影响;新闻学子是否参与第二课堂其职业认同没有显著差异,而新闻教育、媒体实习获得感、感知媒体环境不确定性对职业认同具有显著影响。基于以上发现,从人才培养目标定位、校内新闻教育以及实践教学等方面对提升大学生职业认同提出了建议。 The survey data is obtained from the journalism undergraduates of six universities in Hubei,Anhui and Jiangxi provinces,and regression analysis carried out on factors affecting their professional identity.The survey finds that the professional identity of the journalism undergraduates is generally low,some individual variables such as gender,grade,enrollment,family environment,school type have a significant impact on their professional identity.There are no significant differences in the professional identity among journalism undergraduates whether they participate in community activities or not,while campus journalism education,media practice and perceived media environment change have a significant impact.Based on the result of research above,some suggestions are put forward on the reform of journalism education from the aspects of talent training target,campus journalism education and practical activities,etc.
